In 1940, Bill Shaner established Toledo Monumental Works at the corner of Monroe Street and Laskey. Now, closing in on a century later, our name may have shortened but our service and quality has only improved. Expanding our services outside of the Toledo Area into other parts of Northwest Ohio as well as Southern Michigan, Toledo Monument is continuing to help families give their loved ones a personalized memorial that stands the test of time.

For Five Generations, our family at Toledo Monument has been helping people with the process of memorial design. In order to continue our work, we’ve come together with Maumee Valley Memorials, Design Memorial, and Defiance Memorials under the Ohio Monuments banner. Our mission, is to better serve your headstone and memorial needs with high quality, professionally designed monuments at affordable prices.
